Step 1:  FAQs.  Check our Frequently Asked Questions to see if your question is already answered there.

 

Step 2:  Video Training.  Check the Video Training area to see if there is a video that can help with your question.

 

Step 3:  Refund Requests.  We have a 30 day refund policy.  To ask for a refund, send us a support ticket here.  DO NOT file a PayPal or Alert Pay dispute as these damage our business and will result in your being banned from all our programs.

 

Step 4:  Cancelations.  To cancel your account, just login, go to [My Account] then click [Cancel Account].  If you are a pro member, you MUST ALSO login to PayPal or AlertPay and cancel your payment subscription with us.

 

Step 5:  Support Tickets.  If you question cannot be resolved using the steps above, you can send us a support ticket.

When creating a support ticket PLEASE include your browser type (FireFox or Internet Explorer) and the version number. This helps us make sure our response will work for your system.

 

All our support inquiries are answered within 1 business day. (Monday to Friday, except holidays)
